The Kentucky Youth Soccer
Association (KYSA) Eurosport State Championship was initiated and organized
in 2001 to enhance the accomplishments competitive players achieve by
participating is a state championship tournament for those age groups
not yet eligible to advance to regional and national play. The development
of all players within KYSA is advanced when the player meets personal
challenges.
The Eurosport Challenge
Cup is open to teams ages Under 9 through Under 12, both boys and
girls. The Eurosport Challenge Cup is held annually in the spring.
The first rounds were played in Owensboro and the
finals in Lexington.
