Became involved in soccer in 1996 when oldest child began playing with Lexington Youth Soccer which then evolved into volunteering for Lexington FC

 In 2007, her daughters began playing with Commonwealth Soccer Club and because of her experience, she was asked to join the board of director as club secretary.

Without out a full time administrator, Nancy handled all administrative responsibilities such as hiring, contracts, background checks as well as assisting with field assignments while growing from 14 to 24 teams in two short years.
