Eurosport Referee Service Award

Aubrey Cashman Lexington Youth  Soccer Association

A longtime Lexington ref, Aubrey Cashman has become a symbol of dedication to the sport, serving as a role model for many young refs.

According to KYSA President Perry Alexander, Cashman has provided the sport with decades of unflagging service. Alexander even recalls one particular moment not too long again when Cashman was actually knocked out by a strongly struck ball. When he “came to” a few minutes later, he merely apologized for delaying the game and continued to complete his service!

Aubrey is Aubrey, the guy a lot of kids look up to and want to emulate. He is the epitome of what we look for in a youth soccer ref and we are lucky to have him,” Alexander said.
